For conservatives, every single day is a battle because so much of our culture has been hijacked by America-hating Leftists who actively subvert their own country’s morals, values, and traditions in everything they do.
Whether it is the world of academia, entertainment, pop culture, or even much of our politics, Left-wing extremism all but dominates every aspect of our lives.
Case in point: An entertainment company that was founded on the principles of the traditional American family has gone so far to the Left that it now prefers to do business with a Communist authoritarian regime rather than a U.S. state — over the issue of preserving life.
That’s right.
As reported by The Gateway Pundit, “hypocrites” in Hollywood have been threatening to stop doing business with Georgia after the state passed a “heartbeat bill” that criminalizes abortion procedures after the eighth week.
The threat is aimed at starving Georgia capital at a time when the entertainment industry has increasingly been filming and producing in the state because of its business-friendly climate and favorable cinematographic environment.
First, Netflix issued the threat, and now the Walt Disney Co. has done so as well.
Disney CEO Bob Iger says it will be “difficult” now to film in Georgia because lawmakers there dared to pass a bill protecting life.

“I think many people who work for us will not want to work there, and we’ll have to heed their wishes in that regard,” Iger told Reuters.
Really? Whatever happened to the golden rule — he who has the gold makes the rules? Because for every virtue-signaling star (whose own mother chose life and not an abortion) that says they won’t work in Georgia over this law, there are perhaps 100 or 1,000 more good actors, actresses, producers, and crew who will.
So this is Iger and his company hiding behind a false premise — that employees make the rules and not the company — so he can fulfill his own desire to support the abortion death industry.
But while Iger’s Disney shuns Georgia, Iger’s Disney does lots of business with Communist China, which, for decades, used abortion as official policy to limit who could and could not become full-grown citizens. (Related: Over-politicized Oscars have hurt ratings so much ABC has to offer ‘deal’ to advertisers.)
Call it an ‘official family planning policy,’ if you will.
As China Labor Watch notes, the merchandising that Disney does as part of popularizing its feature films comes with a lot of “Made in China” labels on them, and Chinese workers are not treated very well in the process:
The manufacturing process of Disney toys in China, is a process of oppressing Chinese workers. At the Zhen Yang Toy factory in Dongguan, Guangdong province, where ‘Frozen’ products are manufactured, many thousands of workers labor every day for 12 hours. Some work non-stop for periods of 11 hours, with only a one hour meal and rest break in between.
In many cases, 16 workers share a 16-square meter dorm room, the whistleblower site reports. And each floor of each dormitory building has 20 rooms; 320 workers share 24 toilets and 24 bathrooms. That is fewer amenities than American troops have in boot camp.
Workers in the dorms have to take baths in buckets, and with cold water because there is no hot water. And they’re earning something along the lines of a buck-32 an hour, for 172 hours per week sometimes.
And, of course, there is/was that official Chinese policy of forced abortion, as well as the fact that the Communist government spies on its citizens, quashes freedom of speech, imprisons hundreds of thousands of religious minorities, and runs sham trials.
But Georgia, which passed a pro-life bill, that’s the real enemy of America.
