The Left is already trying to spin the news about the Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Roe v. Wade, claiming that it is not a done deal.
One report framed the leaked decision as being a “draft” opinion that is just “a routine and essential part of the Court’s confidential deliberative work.”
“Although the document described in yesterday’s reports is authentic, it does not represent a decision by the Court or the final position of any member on the issues in the case.”
Chief Justice John G. Roberts, Jr., issued his own statement in response to the leak, calling it a “betrayal of the confidences of the Court … intended to undermine the integrity of our operations.”
Roberts added that these undermining efforts “will not succeed,” nor will the “work of the Court … be affected in any way.”
“This was a singular and egregious breach of that trust that is an affront to the Court and the community of public servants who work here,” Roberts went on to state.
“I have directed the Marshal of the Court to launch an investigation into the source of the leak.”

Even some Republicans are undermining the context of leak, including Sen. Susan Collins (R-Me.) who claims that she was told something different from Justices Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh in private.
The leaked draft, she said, is “completely inconsistent” with what was supposedly stated during private confirmation hearings about Roe v. Wade.
“If this leaked draft opinion is the final decision and this reporting is accurate, it would be completely inconsistent with what Justice Gorsuch and Justice Kavanaugh said in their hearings and in our meetings in my office,” Collins said.
“Obviously, we won’t know each Justice’s decision and reasoning until the Supreme Court officially announces its opinion in this case.”
Collins says that when she voted to confirm Kavanaugh in 2018, she did not believe that he would vote to overturn the abortion ruling.
“I do not believe Brett Kavanaugh will overturn Roe v. Wade,” she said.
“He noted that Roe had been reaffirmed 19 years later by Planned Parenthood vs. Casey. And that it was precedent on precedent. He said it should be extremely rare that it should be overturned.”
The Supreme Court, meanwhile, has already confirmed that the leak is authentic and that Roe v. Wade will, in fact, be overturned.
As expected, protests are already erupting among far-left women who are screeching and moaning about losing the “right” to murder their unborn babies.
Hundreds of mostly females swarmed the federal courthouse with printed signs that said things like “Bans Off Our Bodies” and other common “pro-choice” lingo.
Pro-life protesters also showed up with their own signs that said things like pro-choice is “a lie” because “babies never choose to die.”
It is truly amazing that almost nobody has said a thing about skyrocketing inflation and the ongoing collapse of the global food supply. But now that the “right” to murder unborn children is about to go away, Americans are having a meltdown over it.
“It’s hard to believe there are this many people who are so evil that they demand the right to murder a baby,” wrote someone at Zero Hedge.
