Far-left legislators in the Beaver State have introduced a bill that would make Oregon a destination “sanctuary” state for children from all around the country and world to come to get abortions and “sex changes” without the knowledge or permission of their parents.
Dubbed “The Reproductive Health and Access to Care Act,” the bill would allow “any person without regard to the age” to come to Oregon to murder her unborn child and / or remove her breasts – or in the case of a male child, remove his genitals – without parental consent.
The same piece of legislation would allow children to reconstruct their faces and remove hair as “medically necessary” with insurance companies being forced to foot the bill.
“Someone I know and love, someone you know and love, may need an abortion or gender-affirming care someday,” announced Democratic House Speaker Dan Rayfield about the measure, as quoted by the Associated Press (AP).
“People should have the right to make their own decisions on their own health care with medical professionals, without fear of harm.”
Sen. Kate Lieber, a Democrat and the lead sponsor of the bill, implied during the same hearing at which Rayfield spoke that making Oregon a destination state for child murder and mutilation will help to prevent teen suicide.
“LGBTQ youth in particular have a very high rate of suicide,” Lieber testified. “It is really important to listen to the children who are telling us what they’re feeling and how they are being in this world.”
(Related: Minnesota has also become a sanctuary state for child sex mutilation and pedophilia perversion.)
In addition to allowing minors to murder their unborn children and obtain life- and body-altering procedures, The Reproductive Health and Access to Care Act would also “shield providers and patients from criminal and civil liability as states have moved to outlaw abortion following the Supreme Court’s overturning of Roe v. Wade last year.”
“It would also allow a person to bring a civil action in court against a public body for interfering with their reproductive health rights,” a report about it states.
“The bill would also prohibit medical licensing boards from suspending, revoking or refusing to grant a license to a provider because of a conviction or disciplinary action for providing reproductive or gender-affirming health care in states where that care is restricted.”
Speaking in opposition to the bill, Rep. Emily McIntire, a Republican, highlighted the damage that this bill will do to precious child-parent relationships all across the country.
“One of the most beautiful relationships in the universe is a parent to a child,” McIntire testified, adding that the legislation “goes to the very core of a family unit.”
One former transgender by the name of Frank Smith testified about how he opted to slice off his genitals and receive breast implants “while addicted to meth,” and that he is now having “to navigate his way to de-transitioning on his own since the therapists he went to for help told him his remaining male characteristics caused his post-transition unhappiness.”
“I could not afford complete anesthesia and they operated on me while I was awake with only a little numbing cream,” Smith said about the horrors he endured. “My muscles had been ripped off the bone in haste to fabricate female anatomy on a male chest. There is no reattaching them.”
